Member Content: All posts, comments, and shared content reflect the views of individual members, not RealTime eClinical Solutions. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of user-generated content.
No Warranties: This community is provided “as is” without any warranties, guarantees, or assurances of accuracy or availability.
Limitation of Liability: RealTime eClinical Solutions is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from your participation in this community.
Policy Updates: We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Any changes will be posted here, so check back occasionally to stay informed.
No Commercial Use
Users may not use the community for activities such as:
Advertising or selling products or services
Sending commercial messages (spam)
Promoting other forums, websites, or external platforms
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
IQ is a private space for authorized users. To protect the integrity of discussions and shared resources:
Do not share access to the community with non-members.
All content within the community is intended for internal use only.
Respect intellectual property by not distributing or sharing any content externally without proper authorization.
Unauthorized sharing of RealTime’s intellectual property may result in legal action.
Security Concerns
If you notice any security concerns or potential breaches, including those involving protected health information (PHI), report them immediately by logging a ticket with RealTime by sending an email to support@realtime-eclinical.com.
One Account Per User
Each member is allowed only one account within the RealTime IQ Community. If multiple accounts are detected, any secondary accounts will be removed.
Community Moderation
We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove content that violates these terms or doesn’t align with the community’s purpose. This includes:
Removing posts, comments, or accounts without prior notice.
Temporarily or permanently banning users for repeat violations.
Our moderators aim to maintain fairness, transparency, and consistency in enforcement. Feel free to contact us (training@realtime-eclinical.com) if you have concerns about moderation. Discussing moderation actions in the community is not allowed, and such posts will be removed.
Cookies
